Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation of Tender budget and cash-flow; cost analysis per specifications and drawings requirements against time, cost of labour & materials
• Drafting & compile tender submission;
• Ensure timely submission of Tender and monitoring the Tenders progress
• Co-ordinate & communicate with different parties such as Design team, Engineering team and Project team and Vendors
• Contract negotiation and meeting with different client & procurement chain;
• Reporting to Tendering & QS Manager
• Any other ad hoc assignment

Requirements

• Higher Certificate related to Construction Industry/Civil Engineering with equivalent or above
• Good figure/data sense
• Pro-active approach and detailed oriented 
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel & Word, CostX
• Preferred with relevant experience in Curtain Wall or Roofing works will be an advantage but not a must
• Good understand of contract terminology.

(Less experience will be considered as Estimator or Junior Estimator)
