Responsibilities:

• Responsible for engineering and maintenance work in Grade A commerical building
• Supervise the technical team to perform day-to-day operations & regular maintenance work of E&M systems
• Handle emergency duties, project management,fitting-out work control and provide consultancy services to the tenants
• Prepare quotation and tender document for improvement works / A&A projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Building Services / Electrical or related disciplines
• Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade B or above
• 5 – 8 years’ relevant working experience in contract administration, E&M operation and maintenance for the property, fitting-out work control and consultancy services
• Experience in supervising maintenance staff, sub-contractors and project management
• Hands-on experience in problem solving, site coordination and emergency repair
• Proficiency in Dialux and AutoCAD is preferred
• Basic knowledge in lifts and escalators is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered as Senior Engineer
