Job Description
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Facilities Management or related disciplines
- 6-7 years relevant experience, preferably in trading or manufacturing industry
- Experience in facilities management, project planning and office renovation
- Well-organized, dynamics with strong supervisory and problem solving skills
- Self-initiative, energetic, responsible, independent and attention to details
- Computer knowledge in using MS office including Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Responsible for facilities management including maintenance and office renovation
- Responsible for managing and implementation of facilities maintenance and repair works
- Monitor the performance of vendors to ensure all service requests to be completed on time
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors on projects requirements and tender arrangement
- Assist in managing electrical, plumbing & air-conditioning system for continuous improvement
