Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Facilities Management or related disciplines
• 6-7 years relevant experience, preferably in trading or manufacturing industry
• Experience in facilities management, project planning and office renovation
• Well-organized, dynamics with strong supervisory and problem solving skills
• Self-initiative, energetic, responsible, independent and attention to details
• Computer knowledge in using MS office including Word, Excel, Outlook etc
• Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Responsible for facilities management including maintenance and office renovation
• Responsible for managing and implementation of facilities maintenance and repair works
• Monitor the performance of vendors to ensure all service requests to be completed on time
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on projects requirements and tender arrangement
• Assist in managing electrical, plumbing & air-conditioning system for continuous improvement
