A listed leading retailers is now looking for dynamic candidates to join their professional team as the following roles.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the IT Director, lead the BA team to understand and collect the business needs & opportunities, and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Take a key role in coordinating with different stakeholders to collect and define requirements for new and/or enhanced services
• Establish Business Requirement Specification Document and advise business solutions with consideration of technical capability, budget and timeline
• Work independently with users to define concepts under the direction of Project Manager as required
• Ensure smooth interface among systems and develop proof of concepts of solutions
• Participate in the project development lifecycle to ensure all deliverables meet the business objectives
• Maintain proper documentation and provide guidance to the team

Requirements:

• University graduate in IT Management, Computer Science, Business Management or relevant disciplines
• Professional certification in Certified Professional of IT (CPIT) is advantageous
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Business Analyst and/or System Analyst role
• Solid experience in handling process flow analysis across complex projects which involved multiple systems and business units is an advantage
• Prior experience in e-Commerce, China cross border business and Agile are preferred
• Experienced in using enterprise-wide requirements’ definition and management systems / methodologies
• Understanding of systems interface between a legacy and web-based system
• Detail-minded person with good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent presentation skill and able to manage an effective communication with all level of stakeholders
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
