User Services Section

The appointee will provide general IT support and other on-site IT services to the University community. He/She will be responsible for solving users’ IT related problems, setting up computer hardware and software, providing IT consultancy services and liaising with users of different levels from all departments. The appointee may also be required to work during irregular hours occasionally.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronic Engineering or related discipline, with at least three years of relevant work experience. While good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese are mandatory, effective communication skills and a service-oriented work attitude are also expected. Applicants with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant IT Officer.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
