Qualifications and requirements:

-  A research based Master’s degree holder, or above, in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related

   discipline.

-  At least 3 full years experience in experimental research work in the field of process development,

   such as catalysis research, reaction engineering, polymerization reaction or crystallization research

   work. Experience in conducting hydrogenation reaction will be an advantage.

-  Solid experience in operating analytical equipment such as GC and HPLC.

-  Able to work independently and under tight schedule.

-  Mature mindset

-  Good organizational and time management skills

-  Good communication and reporting skill

-   Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Job Duties:

-  Responsible for research and development projects for chemical process development, including

    experimental work.

-  Assist engineering team to prepare process design package to clients, including designing process

   flow diagrams, P&IDs, detailed equipment design, standard operation procedures and other related

   engineering work.       

-  Regularly report for research and development projects

Candidates with more related experience and higher qualification may be considered to fill in the position of Senior Research Engineer.
