 Job description:

• Re-engineer processes and systems that improve productivity, product quality and worker safety through AUTOMATIC application solutions. 
• Experience in robot-based automation which ensures the flexibility, productivity and reliability to meet shorter product life-cycles, new packaging designs, multiple pack sizes & product variants, and batch manufacturing.
• Drive and introduce new manufacturing concepts and innovative production processes while making sure investing in efficient, flexible and cost effective.
• Provide advices on cost reduction and efficiency improvement in plant operations as required.
• Lead, coach and facilitate all the cross-departmental projects.

  Job requirements:

•  Degree holder in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience, preferably in toys manufacturing.
• Proven track record of automation in robotic application and programming, cost saving and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good command of English, Putonghua and Chinese.
• Frequent travel is required.
