Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management, operation, maintenance, and on-going support of digital media (LCD/LED) and network system; and their integration with related IT services such as digital signage, LED Screens, LCD screens, DMS systems and digital content repositories
• Demonstrates a high-level of common sense in the architecture and design of digital media and IT systems and a high-level of problem-solving and resourcefulness working with third-party suppliers and others to diagnose and resolve operational issues and incidents with digital media and audiovisual IT services
• Operates under deadlines and works closely with IT service teams throughout the Projects/Sales/Booking/Operation Division leading digital media projects and/or representing digital media as part of other initiatives
• Enable to trains other staff for first and second level support of digital media and audio-visual IT services

Requirements:

• College degree or above, major in electronics, electrical, computer, information engineering, network engineering, etc., with at least one year working experience and relevant project experience
• Minimum 3 years working experience in field electrical and network installation or relevant operation and maintenance experience is preferred
• Familiar with field support, able to use conventional electronic wiring/ measuring instruments and installation tools
• Good Knowledge in general IT management system, understand the Computer theory and the principle of network communication, etc., have certain hands-on ability
• Strong self-motivation and problem-solving attitude, good communication and coordination skills and learning ability
• Familiar with Digital Medias. Understand its architecture, design, installation, operation and maintenance is preferred
• Fluent English and Cantonese speaking and writing
