Responsibilities  

• Lead and guide factory to resolve technical issues
• Provide technical support to internal staffs and external customers
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control program to make sure the finished product meets a certain level of quality
• Conduct sample evaluation for project development
• Manage all areas of projects development, including project scope, risks, time-constraints resources, both internally and externally
• Deal with Quality issues
  
  

Requirements

• High Diploma / Degree in Electronic Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering Management
• At least 8 years relevant working experience in any LED product, preferably in Commercial lighting.
• Strong capabilities in technical drawing reading, analyzing and solving manufacturing issues.   
• Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical skills
• Independent, self-motivated and a good team player
• Deep understanding of EU norms and safety standard
• Trouble shooting in design problem
• Optimize specification requirement
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
