Responsibilities:

1、Support pre-sales technical discussions;

2、Involve in Tender/RFQ processing and proposal;

3、Serve as technical liaison between sales, customers for pre-sales issues;

4、Assist sales department to help define opportunities and close large opportunity business;

5、Involved in the development of pre-sales and marketing documents;

6、Actively source for new technologies and innovative solutions;

7、Ensure high customer satisfaction in pre-sales support activities;

8、Perform technical/Solution presentations to customer by email or by phone or face to face;

9、Work closely with sales and marketing team by participating and supporting all sales strategies

      and activities;

10、Undertake any duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1、Degree in Electrical/Computer/Telecom Engineering or equivalent with 2-3 years’ experience

     in telecommunications or related industry;

2、Experience in the Telecommunications Field is highly desirable;

3、Working knowledge of personal computing hardware and software technology;

4、Strong knowledge of internetworking designs and their applications, to include IP Subnetting

     and Complex Routing Techniques on LAN/WAN networks, Security, Internet, SD-WAN and

     MPLS-VPN architecture, CPE on Enterprise/WAN service integrations;

5、Industry leading certifications preferred (Cisco, Juniper and others);

6、Excellent communications, presentation & interpersonal skills;

7、Self-motivated, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent worker with good attitude;

8、Ability to work with customers on resolution of technical issues;

9、Good level of proficiency in written/conversational English and Mandarin;

10、The engineer is required to travel (it depends) to a customer location for activities such as

      Opportunities follow up, Network solution design in/ presentation, any other sales engagement

      related activities;
