Responsibilities:

Report to the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager of Hong Kong Operations including but not limited to the following areas:

Operations:

• Maintain, implement, review and update plans related to HSE Integrated Management System (IMS) as well as FSMS (Food safety management system) for Hong Kong Operations
• Carry out internal audits of the Hong Kong Operations and HKIA (the airport) premises and facilities and compile audit reports
• Liaise with internal departments and other related stakeholders for smooth day-to-day operation of the airport and the Company's premises and facilities of Hong Kong Operations
• Ensure the premises’ operation compliance with internal code of practice
• Conduct in-house HSE and FSMS training
• Supervise HSE related contractor(s)
• Provide advice on HSE facilities to Project Department during initial designing stage of new properties
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager

Committee of Corporal Social Responsibility (CCSR):

• Assist in raising community awareness of and promote the Company’s support and image for issues relating to Health and Safety, Environmental Protection and Social Responsibility
• Assist in administering the efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of the HSE related schemes participated and activities organized by the CCSR

Requirements:

• BSc (Hons) in Food Science, Health and Safety or relevant disciplines
• At least 1 year experience in HSE IMS
• Familiar with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSMS and HACCP would be an advantage
