Responsibilities

The incumbent will support all in-park guest services and promotion and maintain the smooth operation of the Call Center Team. He/She have to provide guest services, handle guest's enquires and comments including complaints through hotlines. Preparing all kinds of reports and administrative support to department. Also, he/she is responsible for policy implementation, administration, operational and staff coaching of the team. Other special duties assigned by Senior Guest Services Manager or superiors.

Requirement

• University Degree or Diploma in hospitality or related disciplines
• at least 2 years’ working experience, preferably practical experience in hospitality/guest-oriented job
• Practical experience in handling guest complaints, comments and request with great diplomacy
• Must be responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Reasonable writing & presentation skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Willing to work on shifts, during weekends and public holidays

Candidate with less experience and qualification will be considered as Senior Guest Relations Officer / Guest Relations Officer
