We are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join our Operations team as “Operations Supervisor Trainee".

This candidate will be undergoing a 16-month mentorship program from the Management team. He / She will be led through a series of rotational training programs with the aim to develop competence skills in airline catering operations and management skills

In this role, you will:

• Experience the real working environment of which an all-rounded experience of airline catering operations can be gained
• Training scope covers the Whole Airline Catering Production Process, Financial Data Analysis, Support Departments Operation
• Mentors will be assigned for providing timely feedback and close guidance throughout the program
• Candidate will be appointed to other units outside Hong Kong for exposure during the program
• Two-way feedback will be given on a regular basis
• Job opportunity will be offered to candidates who truly enjoy the job nature and agree with the management’s philosophy
• 16-month intensive program during which you will be assigned to several key business areas including but not limited to Production, Transport, Airline Services, Make & Pack and Warehouse.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• DSE graduate or above with one year's working experience
• Service centric, positive and flexible
• Good team spirit and with potential leadership ability
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in the use of computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel &Power Point
• Passionate and committed to airline catering management

Job Scope after the Program:

• Assist to duty supervisor in supervising/controlling staff to carry out day to day operations
• Monitor the on-time performance as per the master production schedule
• Adjust manpower to cope with the on-time delivery schedule
• Perform necessary control to achieve the compliance requirements
• Take disciplinary action when necessary
• Conduct suitable training for new joiners
• Participate in continuously improvement projects
• Perform administrative duties including but not limited to attendance, roster, leave schedule and monthly reports
