Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that the stores you are responsible are anytime, anywhere perfectly fit for business
• Ensure that the brand counters are anytime, anywhere perfectly fit for business and according to Company specifications
• Ensure all marketing and brand displays and fixtures are anytime according to Company and HKIA guidelines.
• Coordinate with Marketing Merchandising and HR for full process of operation support
• Support the Retail Sales/Operations Managers to liaise with Brands/vendors and other third parties during stores visits

Key Requirements

• 6 years or up of related work experience in retail operations, preferably in a FMCG or retail environment
• High school level at least required
• Excellent customer service focus
• Self-starter with strong business acumen and result-oriented
• Strong leadership skills
• Good organizing and analytical skills
• Able to lead and coach large numbers of sales staff team
• Good interpersonal, able to interact with different levels
• Ensure compliance with legal and commercial related to the business
• Formulate retail strategy and prepare annual/mid-term retail development plan/ strategy
