Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational procurement support is provided appropriately to ensure business needs are satisfied;
• Responsible for product sourcing, direct negotiation, purchase order processing and supplier performance management;
• Develop and enhance procurement relationships with suppliers and vendors to assist improvement in the areas of cost and service;
• Participate in procurement projects including sourcing new vendors and cost saving;
• Assist in stock management;
• Maintain records of purchases, contracts and other important data;
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• 1 year related experience;
• Bachelor Degree required, Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations strongly preferred;
• Strong interest in the Hospitality Industry Operations and Management;
• A positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and an eagerness for career development are crucial;
• Familiar with MS Office applications;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Immediate Available preferable.
