Job Description

Responsibilities:

l   Provide all-around support to Purchasing Department

l   Assist in product sourcing, development and quotation.

l   Follow up shipping detail

l   Communicate with supplier and client directly

l   Prepare report, data input, filing and other administrative support.

l   Perform general duties in the office and provide support to ad hoc project

l   Frequently travel in China

 

Requirement

l   Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines

l   At least 2 years relevant work experience (Fresh Graduate also consider)

l   Knowledge of the frozen food business is an advantage

l   Self-motivated, hardworking, organized, willing to learn and able to work under pressure

l   Good analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills

l   Good command of written and spoken English Mandarin

l   Strong computer skills in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and Chinese word processing

l   Immediate available is preferred
