Job Description
Job Summary
- Provide support for a wide range of supplies purchasing including food and non-food items
- Coordinate suppliers for quotation, price negotiation and price comparisons
- Work closely with internal parties to understand their purchasing needs
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers for updating market information
- Maintain and upkeep the purchase database and records
- Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / High Diploma in Purchasing, logistics and supply chain management or above in any disciplines
- 3-5 years of experience in F&B industry purchasing management is preferable
- A team player, well-organized and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in PC knowledge in Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel
