Role & Responsibilities 工作職責：

• Lead and maintain a smooth and efficient operations of the shop

           帶領及維持店鋪暢順及有效率運作

• Provide a high-quality service to customers

          提供優質顧客服務

• Provide training to subordinates, monitor and control of staff performance

           培訓前線下屬及維持良好員工表現

• Monitor the inventory and prepare staff roster planning and reports

          監控店鋪存貨及編排員工工作時間表及有關報表

• Handle ad hoc duties assigned by the Management

          處理管理層委派之特別項目工作

Requirements 要求:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory level and at least 5 years of relevant experience in upscale cafes or restaurants is a plus

          最少五年於高級餐廳經驗工作，及最少兩年督導經驗

• Presentable, customer service-oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, good team player, and strong sense of responsibility

          有禮貌，能提供優質顧客服務，熱誠，主動，有團隊精神和責任感

• Good command of spoken English & Chinese 

          良好中英文溝通能力
