Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate the day to day operations of the Bar/ Club to obtain maximum profit and maximum guest satisfaction
• Manage the bar operations include monitoring daily operations and quality service delivery, controlling cost, and enforcing standard operating procedures
• Maintain smooth operation in the bar area
• Provide excellent customer services

Requirements:

• Service-oriented and a good team player
• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of Cocktails / Wine
• Fluency in English is preferred
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Eager to learn and passionate in F&B industry
