Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
- Promote and sell products by identifying customers’ needs
- Promote products and handle customer enquiries efficiently and effectively
- Assist on store daily operations and sales activities
Requirements
- Degree educated preferred
- 3 years experience in hotel industry or related disciplines
- Open candidate without retail experience with strong service mindset
- Good in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Energetic, cheerful and passionate
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Sales Associate
