Job Description
Our client, a world class AI technologies and applications firm is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position
Responsibilities:-
- Work with product lifestyle team including product definition, prototype design, roadmap, priorities, and refining, by working closely with cross functional teams of R&D, businesses, customers, operations
- Generate BRD, PRD, white papers, datasheet, and other product documents
- Support pre-sales for introduction of products, features and solutions
- Works closely with customers and other customer feedback forums to bring in product insights to the team.
- Follow closely industry trends, market analysis and competitor moves for product iterations
- Archive, communicate and present your work and outcomes on products, share and discuss findings with team members.
Requirements:-
- Degree or above in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
- 1+ years' experience in software development
- Understanding of UI/UX, development software with chatbot and knowledge base, NLP and machine learning is a plus
- Ability to work independently and systematically in multitasking situation
- Creative and flexible and able to adapt to changing environment
