Our client is a German global discount supermarket chain, based in Germany, operates over 10,000 stores across Europe and US. They are looking for IT Support Analyst to support global business.

Responsibilities

• Perform store checks to ensure day ends are completed successfully and stores are ready to open for business
• 1st support of trouble shooting of stores system and perform escalation to the next level if incident cannot be solved
• Maintain technical and instructional content for the Knowledge Database
• Provide support for assigned incidents tickets
• Work closely with international colleagues, including highly technical IT professionals, developers and architects

Requirements

• Strong command of the English
• Mini 1 year exp. of administrating or supporting enterprise solutions
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, passion for technology and troubleshooting skills 
• Knowledge of SAP Systems and Retail Business is an advantage
• Must be self-motivated, fast learning and logical problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a team, Strong organization and time management skills
