Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor two or three A&S network products which include CBS/OCS/CPS/BES/BSS equipment.
• Provide technical support A&S network (CBS/OCS/CPS/BES/BSS) system.
• Design and implement system service solution.
• Provide on-site training for customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications, electronics, computer science or related discipline.
• At least 2 years experience in telecom industry core part.
• Familiar with Database Oracle, SUSE Linux, LAN switch, Ocean Storage, VM and telecommunication theory
• Analytical-minded, good learning capability, initiative and flexible.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strongly customer service oriented.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must, Mandarin is preferred.
