Selected candidates will be working in Government Department to maintenance and enhancement of a highly integrated maintenance job management system, which helps internal staff to issue, retrieve and update job information in web and mobile platform. This module will be implemented in a full-stack approach.

Responsibilities:

• Working with a team of developers to maintain a web system and mobile applications (iOS and Android) and develop new functionalities in an Agile approach according to micro services design.
• To carry out test analysis & design, test suite and test case implementation, documentation, and related management systems;
• To work with a team of testers for testing including system maintenance under Microsoft .NET (C#), Node.js and SQL Server based environment for web version and Ionic based and native mobile applications version (iOS and Android);
• Designing, delivering and maintaining test cases in test suites for project, contract, contractor performance and vehicle maintenance systems;
• To identify areas of enhancement on system performance, including from software perspective (e.g. API design, version upgrade) and infrastructure perspective (e.g. hardware utilization, resilience), and prepare technical proposals proactively;
• To ensure project deliverables to be on time and meet quality standard;
• To evaluate and inspect/review hardware, software, and prepare technical proposals of IT equipment and services; and
• To perform other IT services or tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder of Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in IT Quality Assurance
• Solid experience in web application and/or mobile application systems using Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Perl, Python, SQL Server Profiler.
• Solid experience in Good sense of responsibilities
• Able to work independently under pressure
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
