What you'll do？

-      Build, operate, monitor and support public cloud environments

-      Build customer solutions, leveraging automation and delivery mechanisms for efficiency and scalability

-      Respond to customer support requests via tickets and phone calls within response time SLAs

-      Assist customers in the configuration of backup, patching and monitoring of servers and services

-      Maintain good relationship and drive strong customer satisfaction in a professional manner through support, cloud environments optimization and regular review meeting

-      Engage in meetings with different internal parties, including sales, presales, services team, etc. in feasibility studies, business analysis, infrastructure design and other project issues.

-      Potential to work weekends and flexible hours

Who's right for the Job?

-      At least 5 years working experience in IT administration and support services, with at least 2 years in experience in Public Cloud Platform (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)

-      Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

-      Relevant technical certifications in public cloud platform and other related technologies would be an advantage

-      Hands on experience in Windows/Linux OS, Network Configuration, Common Web Servers (Apache, Nginx), Backup and Recovery methodology and implementations

-      Proficient with some of the following cloud-native technical skills: Compute and Networking, Storage and Content Delivery, Database (RDBMS, NoSQL), Administration and Security, Deployment and Management, containerization with Kubernetes exposure

-      Well organized, strong problem solving and documentation skill, passion for new technology and continuous improvement, and able to work under pressure

-      Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese. Good communication skill on Putonghua is an advantage

-      Candidates with less experience will be considered as Cloud Engineer
