Responsibilities:

• Maintain front and back office environment operation during trading hours;
• Provide timely technical support to group companies’ users in respect of relocation, installation, maintenance and operation of computer software and hardware;
• Handle equipment deliveries and rack-mount IT equipment;
• Coordinate with Service Providers, Vendors, the HKEx;
• Prepare documentations such as user guide;
• Perform ad-hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines;
• Previous experience in securities firm with experience in BSS is preferred;
• Network infrastructure support knowledge, e.g. VPN, Firewall, Router;
• Hands-on experience in Windows Server, Linux Server, MS SQL server and networking and firewall;
• Solid communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese are required;
• Knowledge of Stock / Global Futures trading Front and Back Office System is an advantage;
• Detail-oriented and be able to work independently.
• Willing to learn, work overtime and on public holiday;
• Required to work on shift (including night shift).
