Our client, one of the popular banks in Hong Kong, is now seeking for caliber candidates as Helpdesk Support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Desktop and Server installation, configuration, administration and maintenance to to deal with application change
• Support in preparing Desktop and Server related to documentation, such as installation procedure, training guide, testing report etc.
• Trouble-shooting and problem fixing of IT hardware and software applications 

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent;
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT related technical such as support & etc.;
• Good knowledge of Windows server 2008/2012, Windows 7/10, MS Active Directory/SCCM, LAN and WAN network management;
• Able to perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting on major IT and communication hardware and software products;
• Professional certifications such as MCP, MCSE will be an advantage;
• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
