Job Description
As the AM, UX and UI you will be working with stakeholders across departments to identify the business requirements, experience enhancements, and usability improvements, to drive and manage the continued success of a holistic online experience and loan system.
The right candidate is a customer experience expertise in particularly with a strong passion and deep understanding of digital touchpoints management to drives customer behavior online. This role is a strong collaborator and be comfortable reconciling the big picture with the details in achieving business goals. This role will own, develop and prioritize the ongoing customer experience development to maximize value for the business, leveraging insights and data to inform all prioritization decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountability for the digital proposition (roadmap)
- Plan and prioritize product feature
- Leverage customer research, usability studies, and market studies to drive consumer delight
- Define, measure, and analyze key success metrics Act as the bridge between business and technology to ensure all are unified around a shared direction
- Support ideation, prototyping, POCs to drive innovation and customer-centric experiences
- Preferably having Project Management Skill Minimum
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ digital product/platform/marketing experience
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Attention to detail - strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
- Creative thinker - willing to challenge the status quo
- Team player and able to work with cross-functional workgroups
