Job Descriptions:

• Provide technical service support, installation and maintenance for users
• Maintain IT inventory, software, hardware and networking equipment
• Monitor the IT system health status, network performance and security control
• Liaise with external vendors on upgrade and maintenance work

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in related fields
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in IT infrastructure and system support
• Good communication skill and telephone manner
• Customer-service oriented and/or with prior customer service training
• A good team player

Packages:

• Attractive salary plus discretionary bonus
• 5-day work per week
