Job Description:

• Management and monitoring on the operations of service network and IT infrastructure.
• Support the daily operation of the Bank on all networks (Campus and Branches).
• Handle the deployment to support the business operation of the Bank.Handle the BAU request from business user.
• Handle the problem case report by business user.
• Handle the monitoring job on network healthiness.
• Environmental facilities operations of computer data centre.
• Execution of business processes (e.g. billing, management report, data retrieval, etc.) in accordance to procedure.
• On-site and off-site backup operation.

Requirement:

• University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years working experience with network background.
• Knowledge on data network like router / switch / firewall.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Strong team and quality orientation, with attentiveness to detail.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical, consulting, troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
• Working on odd hour maybe needed.
