Job Responsibilities :

• Create content for our games, including features, gear, in-game rewards, and new game systems. You’ll be hands on throughout the process, from initial design to launch
• Work collaboratively with Project Manager and Cross-Functional teams to facilitate a clear direction and to execute a flawless design
• Synthesize Theme, Game Mechanics, Monetization, and Social Features into an integrated product
• Create and use statistical models for your features that analyze cost and benefit to player, and produce a result useable in a live environment
• Post-release, monitor the game closely. This includes analyzing gameplay data for your content and observing game market trends
• Actively participate in the feature development process, engaging the team and resolving issues

Job Requirements ：

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and are able to synthesize game-play data to improve the game as necessary
• 1+ years of Game Design experience in mobile and free-to-play games will be a great plus
• Ability to understand long-term goals while being exceptionally detailed oriented
• A love of startups and a desire to be part of a team that achieves its vision quickly
