Job Description

Role:

The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring successful completion of projects, evolutions implementations, at Customer’s satisfaction, ensuring Customer’s loyalty and durability, while ensuring rationalization of production, thereby securing revenues for the Group, at controlled production costs.

 

Duties:

®  Organizes and manage the whole projects life cycle

®  Monitors project progress and performance;

®  Works closely with internal and external customers to ensure project quality; Manage customer expectation and satisfaction;

®  Ensures successful outcome and timeliness of completion of all projects;

®  Takes the lead in project methodology & process definition, re-engineering, implementation, change management and related activities;

®  Ensures good communication and collaboration with the Product team, Execution and Sales teams.

 

Skills & Requirements:

üBachelor Degree in IT or related disciplines;

ü3+ years of working experience in project coordination - Exposure to multiple project management methodologies & tools (Holder of PMP or other accreditation an asset);

üUnderstanding and proven track-record of Project Management of the whole project life cycle (from demonstration, requirements gathering and analysis, quotation, planning & task assignments, development, testing, implementation and deployment, user training, to post go-live support);

üDemonstrated ability to build and lead effective and collaborative teams;

üDemonstrated ability to drive and influence Customers’ decision and project direction, with a goal-oriented attitude;

üCross industry experience (in supply-chain and retail is highly desirable);

üStrong team management skill;

üAbility to communicate effectively with Management;

üStrong sense of ownership and result-oriented; task master;

üExcellent organization, presentation and negotiation skills;

üOutstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities;

üProficient in English
