This IT sales professional works with clients who are healthcare professional and are the users of the IT system. This scope of the position would cover pre-sales activities including pitching for business, explaining IT system product to new customers & collecting user specified requirement, post-sales activities including system implementation & post-sales  & on-going support.

Duties of the position:

• Developing new business through networking and cold calling & arranging business meetings and following up leads
• Arranging and attending industry events, designing sales literature in order to promote IT system product to industry players
• Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
• Understanding customers’ specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
• Providing support to customers including system & hardware installation, offering clear advice and solutions on system utilization wherever possible
• Keeping abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals

Qualifications required:

• Degree or diploma level qualifications are not essential for sales representative jobs but it may help in your job application
• 2-4 working experiences, preferred to have relevant experience in particular in healthcare related industry and particularly IT technical background would be added value
• Native Cantonese & able to communicate in English
• Proficiency in IT system utilization
• Good communication & selling skill, quick learner
• Ability to meet deadline & quick response to address customer & troubleshoot issue in software
