MISSION / JOB PURPOSE                                                                                                            

The Technical Lead will be under the Enterprise Infrastructure & Network Services team and he/she will be responsible for strategic planning, project management, systems development, change/incident/problem management, risk remediation and user support across regions.

The Enterprise Network Technical Lead will expect to have solid technical experiences in Network, Firewall and Mobility domain to integrate different technologies to innovative solutions based on business requirements. Involving project delivery from concept, scoping, design to implementation 

Candidate with less experiences will be consider for Senior Network Consultant 

Key Responsibilities:                                                                                                                               

• Undertake configuration, maintenance support and troubleshooting for Enterprise Infrastructure & Network globally
• Provide ITIL based Incident/Change/Problem management in a global operational environment
• Design and deliver technical solutions for the network, mobility and firewall product portfolios
• Able to resolve complicated technical issues with effective engagement with vendors
• Work with incident managers, project managers and senior stakeholders to deliver services and projects
• Effectively manage end-to-end technical project delivery via project management life cycle
• Participate in regional / global projects in Network and Security area and work closely with vendors for project delivery

Requirements                                                                                                                                

• Degree holder in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
• Experiences in network architecture, design, implementation and network maintenance
• SME expertise and hands on experiences in managing Network, Firewall and security products including but not limited:
• Cisco Routing & Switching products and Nexus Data Centre products, DC overlay technologies, ACI and SDN solution
• Mobility/VPN products portfolio: Pulse Secure, MobilePASS+, Citrix NetScalar, F5 BIG-IP APM, Palo Alto GlobalProtect
• F5 load balancing and security technology (GTM/LTM/ASM/AFM)
• Palo Alto firewall (Good to have: Checkpoint firewall, Blue Coat Proxy, VPN, IPS)
• Aruba wireless and ClearPass Policy Manager
• Network sniffer monitor and DNS tools: Wireshark, SolarWinds, QIP
• Knowledge of DNS & DHCP (IPAM)
• UNIX / Linux and scripting (Python/Ansible/Perl/Shell)
• Riverbed WAN optimization and SolarWinds network monitoring
• Strong hands on managing network protocols and technologies e.g. OSPF, BGP, STP, 802.1q, PIM, HSRP/VRRP.
• Experience working in a ‘DevOps’ role and familiar with SDN, NFV, Cloud and Cloud Management Platforms, and demonstrable experience in integrating technologies through code and the use of APIs.
