Responsibilities

• Manage a team of creative resources (Branding Executive, Artist and Animators)
• Lead research efforts on market intelligence to identify art & branding direction for new games for selected target markets in Asia
• Drive artistic vision and conceptual game assets art creation
• Manage the quality and timeliness of all deliverables
• Conduct regular communication with various stakeholders internationally on game branding concepts and artistic direction
• Responsible for translating, proof-reading, vetting of documents, and game translation process from English to different languages
• Work collaboratively with other regional teams on games branding assets production

Requirements

• Professional experience in game art creation/direction
• At least 8 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in the Asian games/gaming industry
• Solid communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Able to responsibly and efficiently manage team’s work schedule
• Demonstrate strong awareness of various Asian games cultures and trends
• Proficient in industry standard graphics software would be beneficial
