Responsibilities

• Analyze new features requirements and prepare test cases / test data to ensure product is tested to agreed level
• Execute quality assurance procedure to ensure the system development or enhancement performs properly according to user requirement, business specification and conforms to compliance standard
• Create and manage test plans to achieve team quality goals
• Execute tests with test management tools and various test tools
• Collaborate in a cross-function team to ensure that all aspects of quality concerns are actively discussed and addressed during the development process
• Setup and configure testing environment to ensure products are tested in correct settings
• Record test outcomes accurately and communicate test results to stakeholders
• Create defect report and perform defect tracking effectively
• Assist to manage application issues, incident management, root cause analysis and resolution

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science / Software Engineering related discipline
• 2+ years of Relevant Experience
• Understanding of application software components, development and processes
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• SQL knowledge and experience would be an advantage
• Good understanding and use of testing techniques
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as QA Analyst II
