Responsibilities

• Provide support to in-house users on PC software and hardware installation
• Perform onsite and remote PC, server, network support, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Perform daily data backup, system health checking
• Create and maintain system documentation and inventory
• Support ad hoc projects which related to IT

 Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Information Technology related disciplines
• Knowledge in MS Win10, Win7 and MS Office Applications
• Basic understanding of network and server side infrastructure
• 1 year IT support or relevant experience will be an advantage
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
• Self starter and able to work independently
