Job Description:

1. Perform operations and maintenance support;
2. Monitor and maintain system performance;
3. Assist on monitoring, trouble shooting and complaint handling;
4. Regular system back up and health check support;
5. Daily report written in English and Chinese;
6. 7*24 shift duty is required.

Qualifications required:

1. Diploma, Associates or Bachelor Degree holder in electronics, computer science, engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experiences;
2. Good knowledge of telecommunication services, processes, systems and computer languages;
3. 2-year work experience is required;
4. The flexibility to undertake rotating shift work duty as required to support a 7*24 call center environment in Hong Kong.
5. Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese.
6. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
