Responsibilities:

• Providing support via phone, chat, email, and ticketing
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with Windows and Mac
• Supporting Microsoft Office, VPN, User Client Hardware, Mobile devices, user accounts and permissions
• Using remote administration tools to resolve issues on desktops, laptops, and printers
• Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents
• Troubleshooting on IT system, network, hardware & software
• Solving IT problems for internal end users or escalate problem to appropriate level support parties
• Responsible for Inventory management and software license renewal
• To perform any other IT related assignments. Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
• Excellent social skills and service-minded
• Basic Networking skills
• 2-5 years IT working experience in a sizeable firm
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Can work under minimal supervision, self-motivated and strong problem solving skills
• Can do attitude and willing to learn
