- experience with web, mobile apps, mobile payments, payment integration, POS and CRM

- up-to-date with retail technology

- fluent English and Cantonese, professional communication skills

- independent, able to deal with ambiguity

- work around the region, project management related to retail technology

- understand the business needs, provide consultation service and execute

- understand requirements from different business units across the region
