Requirements

• Degree in computer science or related discipline
• Minimum 5 to 10 years hands-on experience in IT networking, security, infrastructure setup
• Experience in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
• Rich experience in IT governance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Patient, good problem diagnosis and solving skills
• Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Can work independently under limited supervision
• Immediate available is preferable
  
  

Responsibilities

• Improve internal security monitoring and protection
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Maintain network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Oversees security of all systems and the network
• Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware / software problems
• Perform annual BCP drill
• Handle any tasks that are assigned by supervisors.
