Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Logging customer/employee queries into Ticket System.
- Hardware Inventory Management
Requirements:
- HD/ AD/ Undergraduate in Information Technology or related
- Willing to learn, self-motivated, open-minded and able to work under pressure
- Self motivated, excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Able to work for at least 2-3 days a week
