Responsibilities

• Handle policy administration for Life or Property Insurance  
• Perform policy issuance according to the time frame 
• Assist underwriters for customer issues and handle enquiries relating to policy service
• Review documents and prepare general correspondence 
• Participate in system testing and ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above with IIQE  qualification preferred 
• 2 to 3 years of working experience in Customer Service or Policy Administration or Claims in Insurance/ Banking Industry
• Knowledge in Life or Property Insurance preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
