JOB TITLE:Regional Marketing Manager, APAC

REPORTS TO: Managing Director, APAC

SUMMARY: The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible leading regional marketing strategies and help shaping the brand/s identity in the region through a network of selected distributors and retailers.

The primary focus of the role is to improve brand positioning and visibility within major adult and mainstream retail partners and distributors, while working on the development of PR and Social Marketing activities in the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop marketing strategies in line with Global and Regional brand/s directions
• Help shaping the brand identity in the region
• Develop marketing, trade marketing and promotional plans in the region
• Develop new trade marketing tools in line with brand positioning
• Develop and implement promotional activities in the region
• Conduct market and competitive research
• Lead the regional marketing implementation through a network of distributors, Key Accounts and own commercial offices

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree holder, or above, in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5 years solid experience in building marketing strategies
• Experience in Trade Marketing, events, new products/brands launches is a must
• Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin speaking is preferred but not a must
• Good PC knowledge ideally including Microsoft office, Photoshop or similar software
• Ability to work independently and proactively in fast paced global sales and marketing team
• Hands on approach
• Positive thinking and mature with excellent communication skill
