Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive administrative system for business improvement and development

• Communicate with different levels of people within the organization

• Write business proposals for organization future growth and prospects
  
  
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and general office administration duties

Requirements

• Fresh graduates including local & PRC will also be considered

• Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients) due to job requirements

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing will be an advantage
