Job description:
we are looking for an experienced go-to-market professional to lead overall  IBM Cloud and Cognitive software business to accelerate profitable growth in targeted industry and segment for Hong Kong and Macao.    Software and Services portfolio include hybrid cloud and public cloud, AI/Data, Security, Cognitive application, lab based services and traditional processing software.

Responsibilities:

* Exceed sales target assigned and demonstrate IBM leadership in Cloud and Cognitive SW in the market place
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with Global and GCG focus and local market characteristics
* Expand new sales and channel coverage in targeted industries and segment
* Grow SaaS Businesses
* Build C-level relationship with Enterprise, commercial and government sector clients
* Establish strong partnership and accountability with IBM broader go-to-market ecosystem including industry, services and business partner teams
* Develop and build sustainable high performance go-to-market team

Skills / Experience Profile:
·    Proven sales track record on selling software in Hong Kong, services consulting experience a plus
·    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: strong interviewing, facilitation, written and oral presentation skills at executive management level.
·    Strong business acumen in multiple business functional areas: experience with formulating strategic direction and performance improvement opportunities.
·    Extensive experience with complex software solution sales cycles to enterprise customers in multiple industries  
·    Effective teaming and interaction across the “IBM Matrix”. Knowledge of IBM system is an added advantage.

Required:
·    15 years+ experience in Software Sales or Consulting, with at least 5 years in business/sales management level.
·    Languages : Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
·    Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration is an added advantage
