Job Description
Purpose of the position
-To support sales team to generate new business opportunities in key sectors in Hong Kong market, by fostering in-depth industry specific know-how, cooperation with partners, and producing sales kit to support the sales team
Key responsibilities & accountabilities
l Identify new business opportunities and work closely with sales team to capture the opportunities.
l Support sales team to provide sector solutions & services to clients.
l Identify speaking opportunities for BSI to position BSI as the leader in the related sectors.
l Maintain relationship with existing partners to keep a fluent communication between BSI and partners.
l Develop new partners and design cooperation scheme.
l Develop joint BD programs with business partners to generate more sales leads to fully support the sales drive.
l Develop and implement marketing programs with sales team’s demand as input to retain customers, develop business and generate leads.
l Search, collect & help maintain customer database.
l Develop sales kits & selling tools such as business collaterals including brochure, product DM, sales guideline, case studies, successful stories to enhance sales’ competency.
Candidate specifications
l University degree or above
l More than 2-year BD/marketing and sales experience in management consulting/training company is preferred
l Strong BD & Marketing sense is required
l Organised & flexible; multi-tasked and highly efficient
l Strong team player; solutions orientated & problem solver
l Proactive, have sense of ownership, passion & commitment to work
l Professional and ethical
l Experience to organise marketing events is preferable
l Fluent English is required
