Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the business case development including preparation of revenue potential and related presentation materials in retail and catering infrastructure enhancement projects to cater the changing market dynamics and business/customer demand while optimizing retail asset productivity in HKIA
• Lead the Retail Planning and Coordination Team in liaising and coordinating with internal departments such as Finance, Procurement, operation and technical teams on preparation, obtaining approval and execution of the development projects according to the requirements, schedule and costs
• Participate in planning and coordination of in-terminal enhancement and airport-wide development projects (e.g. Third Runway Concourse, Terminal 1 East Hall Expansion, Terminal 1 Annex Building, Terminal 2 Expansion, sky Bridge, etc.) to ensure a viable and marketable retail environment and maximize retail opportunities
• Work with internal departments and engage retail/catering account managers to upkeep business continuity, safety and environmental standards and policies by retail and catering tenants in HKIA

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Architecture or related disciplines
• At least 10 years relevant experience, preferably with experience in managing international airports or prestigious shopping malls
• Experience in handling pre-fitting out preparatory works of retail/catering units or development projects involving Alternations & Additions (A&A) works submission is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Responsible, well-organized and meticulous
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in Photoshop and Computer-aided design softwares (e.g. Microstation) is an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
