Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive administrative system for business improvement and development

Communicate with different levels of people within the organization

Write business proposals for organization future growth and prospects
Perform other ad-hoc projects and general office administration duties

Requirements

Fresh graduates including local & PRC will also be considered

Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients) due to job requirements

Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing will be an advantage
