Our client is a sizable retailer with huge retail networks in HK, Macau and China.

Duties:

• Liaise with property developers and agents to design and implement retail shop leasing terms for the company’s business development purpose.
• Keep abreast of rental and leasing trends and their market prices to give insight to management for retail shop business development strategy.
• Manage leasing terms, budget and the administration documents.

Requirement:

• Degree education with around 5 years relevant work experiences of managing retail shops leasing terms in Hong Kong. Relevant experiences in Macau is a big advantage.
• Large business network of stakeholder parties in property developers, agents, landlords and legal.
• Highly proficient in business properties leasing terms, procedures and legal operations with strong communication skills in Chinese and English
